| 研究テーマ |
有機半導体を利用したエレクトロニクスの基本原理を解明することを目標に研究を進めている。そのために、(１)変位電流評価法を用いた有機デバイス中のキャリアの振る舞いに関する研究と、(２)有機半導体の薄膜・界面の電子構造を光電子分光や光電子収量分光により調べる研究を進め、両者を組み合わせることで、有機半導体のデバイス物理の解明を進めている。 |
