| 要旨 | I am a Japanese architect practicing and teaching in Estonia. I had never imagined that I would one day be doing this in such a foreign country — and speaking about it in front of you here at Chiba University. In this lecture, I will begin by introducing what Estonia is like as a place. Then, I will walk you through some key moments in my journey — how a few random encounters with friends led me in unexpected directions, rather than along a carefully planned path. Finally, I will present some of my completed works and ongoing projects. I hope this seminar will encourage you to stay open to new opportunities and challenges. |
